• Scrape, harvest, or copy listings or user data without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
• Post discriminatory, harassing, or offensive content.

The Site may contain advertisements or links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Mittipro does not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current, and we do not endorse any specific property, seller, or agent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mittipro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits or transactions made via listings on the Site.
